Gambling account disputes
We cannot help with disputes about an account at a gambling operator — those go to the operator and, failing that, to its regulator. This covers matters such as balances, withdrawals, bonus terms, verification checks, account closures and self-exclusion arrangements, all of which are held by the operator rather than by this site. We are not a party to any account you hold elsewhere, we have no access to operator systems or records, and we cannot act as an intermediary in a complaint. If you are unsure which regulator applies, the operator’s own website will normally name the body that licenses it, along with the complaint route it expects customers to use first.
What to include
Whichever channel you use, it helps to set out your point clearly and in English. If your message concerns a specific article, name it. If it concerns a link that no longer works, quote the link. If you are asking about permission to republish something, say which material you mean and where it would appear. Keep personal information to the minimum needed for us to understand the message, and do not send account numbers, passwords, copies of identity documents or payment details to either the email address or the postal address above.
